Two Turkish soldiers killed in clash with terrorists

Two members of the Turkish security forces have been killed and another wounded in clashes with the terrorist group the PKK.

SİRNAK - The clashes took place near Kato Mountain in the rugged Beytussebap region of the south eastern province of Sirnak early Thursday.

On Wednesday, another Turkish soldier was killed when a land mine was detonated in Nusaybin region of the south eastern province of Mardin, close to the border with Syria.

The soldier, identified as Yucel Koc, was due to be buried in his home town of Sarikarmis on Thursday.
